The Role
As a key player in the project team, the Site Manager will take ownership of on-site works on projects ranging from $500K to $50M (Mech).
You'll be responsible for:
- Site scheduling and coordination
- Managing subcontractors
- Supporting the Project Manager with time and budget tracking
- Ensuring OHS compliance and site safety
About You
You’re an experienced HVAC Site Manager looking for a decent team, better systems, large-scale projects, and a clearer career path, with:
- Full Australian work rights (non-negotiable)
- HVAC trade background or relevant degree
- Solid employment history in Australia
- Proven experience on HVAC/mechanical projects
- Strong planning, coordination, and documentation skills
