Your new role - Reporting to the Director of the business, you'll take the reins of the service team, strategise and implement growth across NSW
- Managing day to day operations of the business unit, including finance, business development, process improvement, recruiting etc.
- Liaising with clients, external stakeholders, project and site management, man management etc
- Leveraging your knowledge and connections to build the business
What you'll need to succeed - In-depth knowledge and working experience in the HVAC industry locally, this is a must, as them relationships will be brought in.
- Mandatory HVAC trade background with 10+ years in industry
- Strong experience within supervision or management including; leading, procurement, labour issues, finance, growth etc
