WHO ARE YOU?We are looking for a quality-focused, driven, high-performing Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years experience, in
Building or Engineering, or similar, who is over the Groundhog Day rigidity of the corporate world and wants to earn more for the work they put in.

MAKE THE CHANGEWe offer 20% on every dollar for the first 3 months, then a model that would yield more than 'generous structures' elsewhere, with 40k quarterly thresholds and achievable 40% and 50% brackets with an OTE of
150k+ not unusual.
