The RoleReporting into the Construction Manager, the Project Manager will join the ranks with multiple other PM's controlling mid to large scale Fire Protection projects across the Sydney metro area.
Main tasks of the role would include:
- Effectively deliver profitable completion of project(s), which meet customer quality and delivery expectations.
- Scope and Change Management (Variations, EOT's etc).
- Time Management, Cost Management, Quality Management.
- Risk Management, Risk Analysis, Risk Response Plans.
- Procurement Management, Financial Management, Claim Management.
- Maintaining strong relations with Site Managers and external contractors.
RequirementsIt is preferred that the Project Managers that apply already have fire industry project experience in Australia. Those with experience overseas must be working to a similar scale and standard, such as in New Zealand or the UK.
You will have handed over multiple commercial projects during your career, preferably with an upper tier contractor, however, PMs with smaller scale project experience may also be considered depending on their potential.
