The role - Reporting to the GM and Director, you'll take the reins of the Sydney fire teams, strategise and implement growth across NSW
- Managing day to day operations of the business units, including finance, business development, process improvement, recruiting etc.
- Liaising with clients, external stakeholders / representing the brand
- Leveraging your knowledge and connections to build the business
About you - In-depth knowledge and working experience in the Fire industry locally, this is a must, as them relationships can be brought in.
- Trade background preferred with 15+ years in industry
- Strong experience within supervision or management including; leading, procurement, labour issues, finance, growth etc
